1. Privacy Policy

Protecting your data is of the utmost importance for us. This applies to our Internet presence as well as our traditional services. Therefore, we would like to inform you how we implement online data protection. In principle, most of the offers and services of our web presence are intended for anonymous use. When you visit our web pages, no personal records of your use are generated, and only anonymous data is saved. Data is anonymous when it does not lead to identification of your person. The evaluation of anonymous data helps us to analyse user behaviour on our website, enabling us to customise our online offer to users’ needs (e.g. number of page views, usage statistics etc.)

Personal Data Personal data is information that enables identification of an individual. This specifically includes your name, date of birth, address, phone number. In the event that you enter personal data on our website, we only use this in the context of the approval granted by you and only for the purpose indicated on each page (e.g. placing an order). You always have the option to withdraw your consent. We never pass personal data on to third parties. If personal data is required for the provision of our services (e.g. ordering), it will be deleted immediately after the service has been provided. Therefore data can be accessed and falsified by unauthorised persons

Cookies are small amounts of data that are stored by the provider of a web page on your computer. Permanent cookies are not the same, as they can also be read by other servers. Publicly accessible areas of our website only use temporary Cookies.  However, no person-related data is stored and evaluated.

When you send us an e-mail, we use your e-mail address only for correspondence with you. It will not be forwarded to third parties.

4. Encryption of Data during Transmission

The transmission of sensitive information from the non-public area of our Internet pages to your PC is principally encrypted.
